Our properties offer a self check-in process by using a digital keypad. The code and Instructions will be emailed to you before your stay.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Some of our units allow only dogs while others do not. Make sure to check to see if the property you want allows pets, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask if you’re not sure! There is also a $120 pet fee.
We do offer early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability and request, we will need to know ahead of time so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

We can offer a mid-stay and expedited additional full cleaning and schedule when it’s most convenient for you in which we will provide fresh clean linens and towels, sanitize and clean all items and surfaces, take out trash, etc during your stay for a flat amount per occasion if you would like!
We have also teamed up with Stocked Up, which is a local grocery delivery company. They do not require a membership or subscription. They can have your custom picked groceries waiting in the refrigerator for you at check-in if desired.
